The Up Top Construction team brought our house out of the 90’s and into the present day with class and style.
Our project started with a dream in the form of numerous photos and inspirations that we wanted to apply to our home. Rick and his team took the time to sort through those ideas and developed design ideas that fit exactly what we were looking for.
Once the time came to start the project the crew worked quickly and efficiently to tear off our existing shingles and siding. When the siding was removed there were a number of existing insulation issues that were exposed. Up Top Construction pivoted quickly to rectify the defects which should give us a much more energy efficient home for years to come.
With problems solved the new materials went on nearly fast as the old was removed. When the finishing touches were in place our dream became reality, the exterior of our home looks as if it is a brand new build.
